LINE FLUSHING VALVE MODEL 540

The Netafim Automatic Line Flush Valve Model 540 is designed to automatically remove dirt, sediment, and debris from irrigation lines during system start-up. By flushing accumulated particles from the lateral line, the valve helps maintain clean irrigation networks and supports consistent system performance.

The valve remains open during pressurization, allowing debris to be discharged from the pipeline. Once the operating pressure reaches the closing pressure threshold, the valve automatically closes and irrigation proceeds normally. This automatic flushing action helps reduce clogging risks and extends the service life of drippers and irrigation components.

Manufactured from durable PP and EPDM materials, the Model 540 is suitable for agricultural, greenhouse, landscape, and drip irrigation applications. Its compact design and 16mm fast ring connection enable easy installation in irrigation systems.
